Le Peuple au Service de la Nation est unpartipolitique issu de la diaspora congolaise en Afriquedu Sud et plus précisément du mouvement de pressioncommunémentappelé combattant.Le PSN a débuté sous forme d'un groupe de réflexion quipermettaitau jeunes congolais derégulièrement faire des échanges d'opinion et débattre surlesenjeux et défis auxquels faisaientface leur patrie, le Grand Congo.Dans sa forme de formation politique, le PSN a vu le jour en2014sous l’ingénieuse impulsionde Monsieur Rudy MANDIO IPOMA qui, à travers ses activitésdéjàtournés à ce temps versl’assistance de la population congolaise, militaitpourl’amélioration du quotidien de sescompatriotes vivant dans la République Sud Africaine. Onretiendrasur ce point notammentl'initiative lancée par monsieur Mandio pour une mobilisationdefonds enfin de venir en aide auxvictimes des attaques xénophobes dans la ville de Durban enavril2015.Ensemble avec un groupe des nationaux mus par la volontéderenouveler la classe politiquecongolaise afin d’apporter un nouvel élan dans la gestion delachose publique et des potentielsque regorge le pays, Mr Mandio décidera donc de mettre en placeunestructure formelle quirépondra aux desiderata du peuple congolais.A cet effet, des démarches administratives seront amorcées auniveaude Kinshasa pourrégulariser le parti et en novembre 2016 le ministre del’intérieursignera l’arrêté d’agrémentconsacrant la naissance officielle d’un Parti politiquedénomméPeuple au Service de la Nation.Non obstant ces démarches visant l’obtention desdocumentsadministratifs, la direction politiquedu parti organisera le premier conclave du parti qui jetteralesbases fondatrices d’un mouvementpolitique décidé a changer la donne au pays.Ces assises qui se tiendront à Johanneburg du 19 au 20 octobre2016regrouperont des déléguésvenus de plusieurs coins de l'Afrique du sud et d’autrespays.Au terme de ceux-ci, des résolutions importantes seront prisesparrapport à l’avenir du parti surles points relatifs à son organisation, son projet de société,sonplanning à court et moyen termeet les stratégies à mettre en place pour la conquête dupouvoircomme tout parti politique.Le clou de ses assises a été les nominations aux postesderesponsabilités au niveau duSecrétariat Général, des fédérations et sections et avec espoirdese retrouver pour un deuxièmeconclave cette fois ci à Kinshasa.Pour cette fin, le tout premier Secrétaire général du PSN,MonsieurErick Bukula, sera déployé àKinshasa avec mission d'asseoir le siège des institutionsnationalesdu Parti dans la capitaleRDCongolaise.Il faut noter que dans sa lutte pour l’alternance etlerenouvellement de la classe politique, lePSN, a eu malgré son jeune âge à payer le prix fort de sa lutteparla mort de son Hero, lecombattant de l’alternance et du respect de l’ordreconstitutionnelFORTUNAT NGIMBI qui futle premier manifestant à tomber sous les balles de lamachinerépressive kabiliste lors desmanifestations du 19, 20 et 21 septembre 2016.The people in thenationof Service is a political party resulting from theCongolesediaspora in AfricaSouth and specifically the pressure movement commonlyknownfighter.PSN began as a think tank that allowed the young Congolesemake regular exchanges of opinion and debate on issuesandchallenges that wereface their homeland, Greater Congo.In its form of political formation, the NSP was established in2014under the ingenious pulseMr. Rudy Mandio IPOMA which through its activities alreadyturnedthis time toassistance to the Congolese population, militated for improvingthelives of itscompatriots living in the Republic of South Africa.
